Children and educators from Share Joy Pre-school in Polokwane had triple cause for celebration recently when it was the school’s sixth birthday as well as Africa Day and Tekkie Tax Day.
School head, Josephine Kagori prepared a special meal for the personnel and later the children had a picnic followed by birthday cake after they sang happy birthday.
Various songs were sung and outdoor games played and the children even had their faces painted.
Kagori said the children had a lot of fun learning about Africa Day and also learnt more about those less fortunate than them thanks to Tekkie Tax Day.
