Police launch search operation for missing woman from Ivydale

24-year-old Nkabeleng Mahlatse Sekoati went missing from Plot 171 in Ivydale, Polokwane

POLOKWANE – Police in Westenburg outside Polokwane are investigating a case of missing person after the disappearance Nkabeleng Mahlatse Sekoati.

According to police spokesperson, Constable Maphure Manamela, Sekoati’s disappearance was reported by her father on Monday, 14 May after she ‘mysteriously’ disappeared from her home on Sunday, 13 May 2018.

Sekoati is reported to be mentally disturbed.

She was last seen wearing light blue jeans and a green jacket. She is approximately 1.8 tall.

“The police tried in vain to locate her around friends and relatives and are therefore making an appeal to anyone with information that can assist in finding this woman to contact the investigating officer Warrant Officer Mangakeng on 082728983; the sms crime line 32211; dial the police emergency toll free number 08600 10111 or visit the nearest police station,” she concluded.
