The Saps Provincial Commissioner LT. General Nneke Ledwaba has raised a serious concern on the high rate of road fatalities which are still happening in a number of areas throughout this Province.

“Motorists must at all times respect the Road Traffic Act in all our roads to prevent this continuous loss of lives to happen. The South African Police Service in conjunction with the relevant traffic Law Enforcement Agencies in this Province are going to deal mercilessly with all the drivers who are still behaving in contravention of the rules of the road,” concluded General Ledwaba.
