POLOKWANE – Following an intensive investigation by Polokwane police detectives, a 43-year-old man, residing in Mmatobole village, Ga-Maja was arrested for the murder of a man in Polokwane in November 2017.
According to police spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, the incident took place on 28 November 2017 when the suspect allegedly shot and killed a 24-year-old taxi driver after a heated argument.

“The motive behind the incident will be determined through police investigations, which are still unfolding,” he said.
Ngoepe added that the suspect had already appeared before the Polokwane Magistrates Court and was not granted bail. His case was postponed to 25 April 2018 for a formal bail application.
