[TRAFFIC ALERT] N1 between Carousel & Hammanskraal has been re-opened
The highway was closed due to protest action in the area
LIMPOPO – According to Bakwena Platinum, the N1 between the Carousel and Hammanskraal is open again.

LIMPOPO – According to the spokesperson for the Department, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala, motorists travelling from south to north are advised to use the R101 as an alternative route.

Motorists travelling from north to south from Limpopo are advised to use the Pienaarsrivier turnoff to join the R101.
“For now, please avoid using the N1 as there will be delays. The reason for the protest is unknown at this stage but we will keep motorists updated,” he concluded.
