Mrs Polokwane 2018 embarks on Winter Warmers campaign

The winter is making itself known with its cold fingers creeping into homes early in the morning. In light of this, Mrs Polokwane 2018, Janine Kruger, is collecting blankets to donate to the less fortunate.

POLOKWANE – She realised the need of those who cannot afford blankets for the coming winter and decided to do something about it by collecting blankets, starting on 1 April.

“Blankets can be dropped off at the hair salon at Body Life Gym at 100 Magazyn Street or at Focus on Hair at 108 Potgieter Avenue until 21 May. We want to collect as many blankets as possible which we will then donate to the needy. Even if you can only donate one blanket, every little bit will make a big difference,” Janine said.
