POLOKWANE – The accident occurred around 15km outside of the city at around 13:00 on Tuesday.
According to a statement issued by Traffic Spokesperson, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala, the two deceased, including the driver, are from the ambulance.

The driver in the second vehicle sustained critical injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The possible cause is reckless driving, Moremi-Taueatsoala concluded.
