POLOKWANE – The camp offered learners the chance to practise their problem-solving skills on the adventure track and also afforded them an opportunity to build relationships and to place their trust in their fellow learners which is an important aspect needed to be a leader.
The learners also took part in a number of fun activities such as the Formula one car push which afforded them an opportunity to experience an adrenaline rush and the low rope course which not only assisted the learners with their balance but also made for some great laughs.
Northview Christian Academy teacher Charlene Pieterse expressed her delight over the leadership camp. “I believe that camps like these are something that every child should attend as it builds them in person like nothing else can,” she concluded.
