‘Chubby Chef’ Sam Kganakga.

The 26-year-old Kganakga is an HR graduate who taught himself the skills needed to create exquisite dishes.

“I am a self taught cook and look up to Chef Benny Masekwameng within this industry. I realised that I have unique skills and talents for the hospitality industry before I even enrolled for my Bcom degree after I attempted to make my first meal. “I still remember it was on a Sunday afternoon when I saw something on the food channel and I told myself I’m going to try it and fortunate enough the people who were with me at the time enjoyed the meal,” he said.
