LIMPOPO – Police have launched a search for suspects who burnt 27 goats in their Kraal at Ga-Mashishi village over the weekend.

Police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo says the family members were awoken by the frantic noises made by the animals and upon investigation, they found the entire kraal engulfed in fire.
“The fire also damaged the power line and burnt all goats beyond recognition,” he said
Mojapelo went on to say that police are cautioning people involved not to resort to any acts of vigilantism and vengeance, but to give the police necessary assistance to investigate the matter without any hindrance.
“The motive behind this incident is not known at this stage and anyone with information is requested to contact the nearest police or call the crime stop number 086001011,” he concluded.
