POLOKWANE – Mokwena, who had been Patel’s legal representative since 2015, recused himself from the case on Monday.

The case has been postponed to 6 February, when the trial will continue.
Patel was arrested in 2015 after his wife’s body was found in their townhouse in Nirvana, Polokwane.
