We usually sell these fruit from December to February when it is in season and high in demand. The fruit are carefully transported and are as fresh as it comes. We also set up a gazebo to keep the fruit out of the sun.”
They also take various precautions in order for the fruit to stay fresh but, they added, their fruit normally don’t take long to sell.
Mangoes are an extremely versatile fruit that can be used in various dishes including salads and desserts which explains their extreme popularity.
