Four people killed in R37 head-on collision
The police in Polokwane are investigating a case of culpable homicide which occurred along the R37 road between Lebowakgomo and Polokwane on Saturday evening.
LIMPOPO – According to a statement issued by Police Spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, it is alleged that at around 23:00 a red Mazda 2, travelling towards Lebowakgomo, collided head-on with a white Hyundai which was travelling in the wrong lane.
During this collision, four people died which included three occupants from the Mazda and the driver of t.he Hyundai.
The identities of the deceased will be published once the next of kin have been informed.
The exact cause of this collision will form part of a police investigation.
