POLOKWANE – According to information received, Tebogo was found in and around the Polokwane CBD on Saturday morning.

It is understood he can’t speak or hear properly but he was able to write his name.
It is unclear how old he is or where he came from.
Residents who have seen Tebogo or know of his whereabouts are urged to contact the Polokwane police.
