Cooking up a storm with Ninia Knott

From food jamming to learning how to cook duck, Ninia Knott’s cooking courses have become the latest addition on Haenertsburg residents’ to-do list.

HAENERTSBURG – Ninia Knott’s cooking courses are done at the Eatery kitchen.

With a cozy atmosphere, great company and a full glass of wine, furthering one’s cooking skills at the Eatery couldn’t be any more fun.

“I started these lessons as a fun private function concept for occasions such as birthdays and bachelorettes.

“The Eatery kitchen really lends itself to these sorts of functions, with its open plan design and its lively atmosphere with a stunning view. Local Kim Wacker and I decided to collaborate on these duck cooking lessons to encourage people to buy fresh produce from our local farmers like Kim,” Ninia explained.

Ninia is also the Chairperson at Slow Food Haenertsburg.

The cooking lessons can also be used for team building and year-end functions.

After the meal preparations, all the participants gather to dine on their culinary achievements.
