[WATCH] The Gripen soars through the skies at the Polokwane Air Show

The JAS 39C Gripen Fighter Jet was the main attraction at the Polokwane Air Show

POLOKWANE – Aircraft lovers were treated to amazing showcases by pilots at the 2017 Polokwane Air Show at the Polokwane International Airport on Saturday, 7 October.

Among the showcases was that of the impressive Gripen Fighter Jet, used in South Africa’s Air Force.

Despite a rainy start to the day, with doubts that the show would go on, the rain cleared just in time for the pilots to start their engines and show off their skills.
