With a day or two still left for submission of entries in the Miss Polokwane Observer Cover Girl competition, things are reaching fever pitch before Saturday’s big event at Sun Meropa.
This year’s competition seems to be drawing more attention than before with a bevy of Limpopo beauties already having entered for the pageant. Katryn Celliers, Pageant Coordinator said that around 21 000 votes for public choice favourites have already been received. Voting for the public choice favourite by SMS is still happening until tomorrow (Friday) at 20:00 when lines close, while entrants have until tomorrow at 18:00 to enter at Meropa’s conference facility.
Contestants who attend the free workshop for participants, to be hosted by Celliers in the main venue at Meropa’s conference facility tomorrow at 18:00, still have until then to hand in their entry forms.
