Putting the ‘power’ back into the hands of our people

Polokwane Executive Mayor Thembi Nkadimeng started of the launch by explaining why the municipality decided to change the current system.  During the launch Nkadimeng visited a house in Nirvana where the first metre was activated. She demonstrated to the media how simple this system is to use.
