Search launched for three missing persons including a toddler

The Police in Vuwani outside Thohoyandou are looking for two women and a toddler who were reported missing between 20 and 23 September 2017.

LIMPOPO – According to a statement issued by Police Spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, Lutendo Mudafi (18) and her child, Akonaho Mathivha (1yr 6 months), was last seen on 20 August before they left their home in Lwamondo Khumbe village to go to church. They have not been seen since.

Lutendo was last seen wearing a cream-white pair of jeans and a pink T-shirt.

Meanwhile Mutshidzi Davhana (14) was reported missing after she left home at around 15:00 on 23 August 2017  in  Dzwerani village. According to reports she was on her way to Thohyandou CBD but never returned.

She was lase seen wearing a pair of blue jeans, white T-shirt, black cap, white tekkies and was carrying a white-cream handbag.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of these missing persons are urged to contact Detective Constable Todani Khangale at 079 291 9641 or their nearest Police Station. Alternatively they can contact the 24-hour crime stop number on 0860010111 or the crime line sms 32211.
