Mzanzi Insider scopes Polokwane’s talent
The entertainment show held auditions at the SABC studios on Saturday, 26 August.
POLOKWANE – Youngsters aspiring to kickstart careers in television were recently afforded a opportunity to showcase their talents and skills in a bit to be the next presenter of Mzansi Insider television programme.
Currently hosted by Tsholofelo Maseko & Katleho Sinivasan, Mzansi Insider is a entertainment show which airs on SABC1 every Saturday and Sunday between 10am to 11 am. The interactive show engages with the audience on various platforms where they are able to ask questions and get immediate feedback from presenters via social media or telephonically and reflects and touches on the views of young people.
It looks at the challenges and opportunities that exist in the world they live in, what inspires them and what they deem to be ‘fun’.
Youngsters between the ages of 18 to 30-yearsold came out in numbers to try their luck. Amongst the panel of judges were; Morena The Squire, who encouraged every young person in the province to come out and try their as they could the next presenter of the breakfast show, Phuti Moloto and Buhle Maseko (famously known as Nimrod from Skeemsaam soapie).
