LIMPOPO – According to Police Spokespesrson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, it is alleged he went missing after he left his home in the Muledane Block N village area. “He did not tell anyone where he was going and has not been seen by family or friends since the said day.”
Mulisa is light in complexion and medium in size with short hair. He was last seen wearing a green trousers with black and grey jacket, added Ngoepe.
