POLOKWANE – This initiative was recently launched by Frank Haas, councillor for Ward 39 and Franco Marx, councillor for Ward 21.
“The whole city can register on this website. In the past, it happened that people will contact me or Frank to take a complaint further. This website is to mainstream the complaints,” explains Marx.
“Residents should still first follow the route of contacting the municipality, reporting the complaint. If there is still nothing being done in regard to this, then they log a complaint on the website. We as councillors cannot interfere with the municipality’s work. Only if they do not do this we can take the complaint to the ward meeting.”
Register at https://www.munhelp.co.za/ and log your complaint. An email will be sent to you as receipt of your admission. Follow the progress of your complaint on the site.
Marx says several residents have already registered.
