Petition set up by MCAC to have grievances heard

Motlatso Selomo, MCAC Chairperson, said it is time the community take hands and 'tackle the bull by the horns'

MOKOPANE – The Mogalakwena Concerned and Affected Community (MCAC) held a meeting Tuesday evening and decided to address the problems in Mogalakwena Municipality through a petition.

Motlatso Selomo, MCAC Chairperson, said it is time the community take hands and ‘tackle the bull by the horns’.

“We cannot sit back and see how the municipality is run down into the ground,” he said.

The decision to address the problems in the municipality through a petition was unanimously accepted by businessmen, the community and several other organisations and stakeholders who attended MCAC meetings over the past month.

For more information regarding the petition, contact Selomo at 072 530 0629.
