Independent pre-owned motor vehicle dealer, Retnev Motoring opened two show rooms in Polokwane in September last year and both have gone from strength to strength since then.
General Manager Tim Baber says both the showroom situated on the corner of Rissik and Schoeman streets and the one on the corner of Thabo Mbeki and Biccard streets sell mid-range to premium pre-owned vehicles and specialise in bakkies and double cabs.
They also have the occasional exotic sports car on the floor when the opportunity arises and Baber encourages potential clients to keep an eye out for these highly sought after vehicles.
Baber says customer satisfaction is his sales team’s main driving force. “Happy clients are our measuring stick and we strive to offer the best service possible,” he explains and adds that the dealership will deliver vehicles anywhere in South Africa to ensure the best after sales service.
The sales team at the showroom in Rissik Street comprises Luyanda Nkolonzi (084 401 9832), Cassim Nyoni (082 083 8584) and Marco Smith (071 850 3269), while Dave van Zyl (062 278 0020) and Jeffrey Mafura (082 966 6404) are ready to lend a hand at the showroom in Thabo Mbeki Street.
According to Baber, Retnev Motoring boasts a formidable sales team with Sales Executives who will go out of their way to facilitate the best possible match between vehicle and the client’s needs. “We are a new team compared to other dealerships, but we are gelling well and work together seamlessly.”
Retnev Motoring is registered with all major banks and offers financing and insurance services on-site. Baber says many vehicles on their floor are still under guarantee, but they do offer extended guarantees and warranties on those that are not.
All vehicles undergo a stringent 71-point check before Retnev Motoring offers it to clients and will soon be able to have vehicles AA certified before delivery.
