Make your home a gym with these easy fitness tips

Personal trainer Thabo Ntuli gave Review tips to keep fit at home without having to go to the gym.

POLOKWANE – Some people would like to join a gym are either too lazy to go, the gym is too expensive, or you just don’t have time to go.

Thabo says the following tips are the safest and easiest techniques to do when at home to get fit.

“One can get good results just from gyming from the comfort of your home,” he says.

“All these exercises can be done as a family, you don’t necessarily have to do it alone. Even your kids can join you. They can be done every day for about an hour, and it is very important to get some exercise at least three two or three times a week, not only to lose some weight, but to also keep fit, which also minimizes the chances of getting sick or ill. So start doing something beneficiary to your health,” Thabo added.
