Health MEC opens Maseven Clinic
The MEC of Health recently opened the Maseven Clinic in Burgersfort with the proud help of Anglo Platinum Mine.
LIMPOPO – The Maseven Clinic, built by Anglo Platinum Mine as part of their Corporate Social Investment, was officially opened by MEC Dr Phopi Ramathuba.
Ramathuba received the facility on behalf of the community of Maseven village in Burgersfort, Sekhukhune district.
According to a statement issued by the Department of Health, the people of Burgersfort raised a complaint about having to travel long distances to clinics that are not in their areas during the Exco Imbizo in 2014.
The clinic was opened to make sure the community of that area is taken care of.
