POLOKWANE – Mariah Lebo Mokgobu (20) was arrested on 7 June 2016 at the Department of Health for posing as a cardiologist .
She was attending interviews for the position of cardiologist at the time of her arrest.

Hawks spokesperson, Captain Matimba Maluleke says that during the arrest, Mokgobu was found in possession of fraudulent medical qualifications.

She faced charges of fraud, forgery, and altering medical qualifications for the purpose of gaining employment.
