Sapa Yopa rake in awards at rally
Sapa Yopa Motorcycle Club members visited Mbombela to participate in the annual Sun Rider MCC Rally where they bagged several awards.
LIMPOPO –Â The club received awards for biggest club riding, biggest supporting club, best wheelie, and the tug-of-war medal.
On Sunday members joined the Vice President, Thabisile Tilly the Great Buthelezi, in celebrating her birthday at Zero 13.
Sapa Yopa President, Johz Captain DyHard Mamabolo, said attending the Sun Riders MCC Rally was a good move for Sapa Yopa MCC. “We support the biking team that really supports us. I am proud to say the club is well represented and that bikers who made the trip with us bring back crucial knowledge and training to help other bikers to be safer on the road. We are proud to represent not only Limpopo but also the entire South Africa at this prestigious event,” Mamabolo said.
He said team building helps them as bikers to know each other better as well as teach them how to work together as a team. “We often travel long distances together and it is important for us to work well as a unit,” he explained.
Sun Rider MCC President, Welcome Trompies Matsane thanked Sapa Yopa for attending the rally. “We thank them for taking part in our rally, support for support.”
