Mini groceries cause massive hype

POLOKWANE – After causing mayhem in stores around the country last year, Checkers have brought back their Little Shop Collection of mini groceries.

Little Shop is a unique and fun range of mini grocery collectables based on popular brands that Checkers customers collect when they spend R150 or more.

For every R150 you spend at Checkers or Checkers Hyper nationwide, you will receive a Little Shop mini grocery collectable. If you spend R300, you will be eligible to collect 2 Little Shop minis, R450 gets you 3, and so on.

This year, Checkers have made things interesting by hiding twenty Golden Trolleys in mini packets across South Africa.

Each ultra-rare Golden Trolley gives customers a guaranteed ticket to a high-speed Checkers trolley dash worth R5000.

Just like last year, there is other merchandise available including trolleys, a counter, a collectors book and a mini basket among others.
