African National Congress (ANC) Ward 27 councillor, Justice Mogale recently appeared in the Man­kweng Regional Court where he was discharged on a case of common robbery.
Mogale was allegedly arrested after he handed himself over to the Police at Mankweng in February. The case arose from a complaint by the owner of a car wash business who alleged that Mogale had searched him and removed R500 from his possession during an incident in the Mankweng area.
National Prosecuting Authority Communications Manager, Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi confirmed that Mogale was found not guilty and discharged.
