Naked, unknown man found dead near Malamulele

Limpopo Police say the man was found by Kruger National Park Rangers.

LIMPOPO – Police spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe says police in Saselamani outside Malamulele are investigating the death of the man.

“The deceased is around 35-years-old and was found on top of the mountains north of Matiyani village,” says Ngoepe.

He described the man as being dark in complexion with short hair and he is unknown to Matiyani and its surrounding residents.

“The body of the deceased does not have visible injuries and a case of inquest was opened for further investigations.”

Ngoepe urges anyone who may have information on the death of the deceaed, or who could help assist with his identification to contact Detective Warrant Officer Chauke at 082 723 1929 or the nearest Police Station.

“One can also go to Saselamani Police Station for easier identification of the deceased’s body,” Ngoepe concluded.
