Water shortage update: measures in place to provide temporary relief

Most of the areas in the high catchment of Seshego and the city are experiencing water shortages following the 24 hour shut-off of the Olifantspoort Plant on Wednesday.

POLOKWANE – According to a statement issued by the Polokwane Municipality, Lepelle Northern Water is implementing measures to increase pressure enough to push water to the high lying areas.

“The municipality and LNW will continue to provide temporary relief to the affected areas while those in low catchment areas are advised to use water strictly for domestic use.

Those affected are encouraged to report to their Ward Councillors or to 0152902376.
