POLOKWANE – The 34-year-old suspect is connected to eight cases of rape.
Police spokesperson Lt Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says the suspect had been terrorising members of the community between November 2008 and January 2015.
His targets included woman between the ages of 19 to 43-years-old.
“The areas in which the rapes occured were Mankweng ,Sebayeng and Morebeng, outside Polokwane,” said Ngoepe.
He says the suspect will appear before the Mankweng and Sekgosese Magistrate’s Courts respectively on Monday.
“Police investigations still continue,” concluded Ngoepe.
