Tshwane highways blocked due to protest action

Motorists have been advised to avoid the R21; the N4 between R512 and Mooinooi; the N12; the N14 near Jean Avenue; the N1 North near Garsfontein Road; and the N1 North after the Rigel exit, reports Pretoria Rekord.
