POLOKWANE – SOPA will take place at the Jack Botes Hall at 10:o0 on Friday (24 February). The streets will be closed from Thursday, 23 February 2017 and will be reopened on Friday 24 February at around 16:00.
The following streets/roads to be closed are as follows:
- Thabo Mbeki and Biccard Streets,
- Thabo Mbeki and Hans van Rensburg street,
- Thabo Mbeki and Landros Mare streets,
- Thabo Mbeki and Church Streets,
- Thabo Mbeki and Schoeman Streets,
- Church and Bodenstein streets, and
- Biccard and Bodenstein streets
The municipality urges the motorists and businesses to be patient and to use alternative routes during the proceedings of the ceremony.
Please adhere to the traffic instructions given by the Peace officers. The municipality apologises for any inconveniences caused.
