LIMPOPO – According to a facebook post on Honnetsweng EMS, a bakkie and a sedan collided head on, killing five occupants from both vehicles.
“Honnetsweng EMS Paramedics who where returning from a critical medical transfer in Pretoria tried to resuscitate patients who were severely injured but they was nothing more that they could do… five patients were declared dead on scene due to injuries sustained.”
“A critically injured child received advanced life support care and was transported by Honnetsweng EMS intensive care ambulance to Limpopo Mediclinic in Polokwane for further medical care.”
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, concludes the post.
