“We have reason to celebrate today. This court is the most modern of all courts,” Adv Masutha says.
The people of Limpopo have for decades, needed to travel to Gauteng to access justice and all services that are obtained from a high court.

He continues by saying:”We shall complete the task that all our people will have equal access to justice. Mpumalanga will have its own high court next year.”
“The Limpopo High Court cost R1 Billion… I believe it is well worth the money spent,” he concludes.
Now, the people of Limpopo, have their own high court, says Minister Masutha.

Masutha continues: “When the court saw six cases on the 25 January, the day the court was opened.
“We made sure that from day one, this was a full service court.”
Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng takes the stand.
“However long it takes, never lose hope when it comes to your rights,” says Chief Justice Mogoeng.
He continues: “It never helps to build a court like this and not provide the capacities that are crucial to deliver promises held out to the public. Justice delayed is justice denied.”
“The commitment to deliver quality justice to South Africans is unwavering… To deal with problems in the system, we need help from everyone including the members of the public.”
“These are your facilities, protect them from laziness. We don’t need people who discredit our system.”
It is my pleasure to declare this court officially opened, says Minister Masutha.
