Leaked exam suspect’s remanded in custody until December

POLOKWANE – Khosa ( 52 ) who was arrested in connection with the leaked examination paper was denied bail by court. He will remain in police custody until his next court appearance says Hawks Spokesperson, Capt Matimba Maluleke.

Khosa who faces several counts including theft, fraud and corruption will reappear before the court on  19 December, concludes Maluleke.

POLOKWANE – The 52-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the leaked examination paper in Giyani reappeared before the Giyani Magistrate’s Court for a formal bail application today (Wednesday).

Tinyiko Elphas Khosa’s bail hearing will continue tomorrow (Thursday) says Hawks Spokesperson, Capt Matimba Maluleke.

He faces several counts including theft, fraud and corruption.

LIMPOPO – Tinyiko Elphas Khosa, a former teacher and the owner of two colleges in the Malamulele area, was arrested after he handed himself over to the Giyani Police Station on 15 November.

Khosa is believed to be behind the leak of the Gr 12 Mathematics Paper 2 question paper via a WhatsApp chat group before the exam was to be written.

He faces several counts including theft, fraud and corruption.
