MOKOPANE – “In my 18 years living on a farm outside of town, I have never experienced a storm like the one that hit on Friday. 108 mm of rain and hail came pouring down in just over an hour,” Hilary Knight told Bosveld.
Knight further said their dam wall burst and caused a lot of damage, but they are grateful for the rain.
The heavy rainstorm turned a part of the R101 road outside of Mokopane into a river and the Mogalakwena Traffic Department was called out to assist motorists.
