Missing teen Ayesha Smee (17) found

17-year-old Ayesha Smee who was reported as missing on Saturday, 5 November has been found safe and unharmed.

POLOKWANE -According to her aunt, Estelle Grove, the family received a tip-off of her whereabouts and with the police went to the Polokwane Library Gardens where they found her.

She is currently in the custody of family members

POLOKWANE – 17-year-old Ayesha Smee was reported missing on Saturday, 5 November.

The Noorderland High School learner was last seen by her family on Saturday afternoon when she left her mother’s house in Hans van Rensburg Street in the central business district (CBD) at around 14:30.

According to her aunt, Estelle Grove, Ayesha told her mother she was heading to Library Gardens to catch a taxi to a local mall with some of her friends.
“She let her mother know at around 20:30 that she was waiting for a private cab to bring her home, however she never arrived home and her cell phone has been off since then.
Grove said they opened a missing persons case with the Polokwane police on Sunday night.
Ayesha was last seen wearing a white denim skirt, a green top and blue Nike sneakers.
