POLOKWANE – A 31-year-old man was arrested in Madiba Park on Saturday after he was found in possession of illegal drugs.
An Intelligence-led Joint-Operation conducted in the Seshego and Polokwane policing areas by the Seshego Detectives, Provincial Crime Intelligent Narcotic Team and Crime Intelligence led to the arrest. The officers confiscated 89 sachets of Nyaope with an estimated street value of R2 500, one white Hyundai Getz and R790 cash.
The suspect will appear before the Seshego Magistrate’s Court today (Monday) for possession of drugs and a suspected stolen motor vehicle.
Police investigations are continuing.
