Hurry to apply for Motsepe Foundation bursary

The Motsepe Foundation in Capricorn District is urging all needy and deserving Grade 12s still wanting to apply for a bursary from the organisation not to delay as the closing date is 31 October.

Capricorn District Secretary of the organisation, Mabilu Mokwalakwala said applications are open to everyone and the necessary forms can be collected from security gates at all local municipalities, traditional authorities and circuit offices of the Department of Education as well as the Motsepe Foundation website.

Mokwalakwala said they took great pride in the strides they have made since the inception of the bursaries in 2014 financial years. “We awarded almost 240 bursaries to students throughout the province. This year we intend awarding nearly 80 bursaries to deserving applicants,” he said
