LIMPOPO – An 18-month old toddler was reunited with his mother after disappearing from his home in Haenertsburg earlier today (Tuesday) said Provincial Police Spokesperson, Col Ronel Otto.
According to the young mother she went into the house briefly while leaving her son was sitting on steps of their home in the plantations. When she came out of the house her son was missing.
Members of the SAPS K9 Unit and the Diggers Rest Forrest team who were called in to assist in the search for the young child found him alive and well this afternoon almost four kilometers from his home .
He was reunited with his family shortly afterwards added Otto.
