POLOKWANE – Polokwane businessman Rameez Patel stands accused of murdering his wife, Fatima in April last year.
Earlier today (Monday 24 October) Lesiba Ramaru the Investigating Officer and Ibrahim Bham who lives opposite Rameez Patel ‘s complex were called to the stand.

The deceased was wearing a grey T-shirt, black jeans, shoes, her wedding ring and a watch says Nkuna.
According to Nkuna, Rameez Patel told him he found his wife lying on her stomach in a pool of blood. Nkuna sais he asked PAtel why he went to take a bath while his wife was lying in a pool of blood, but Patel never gave him an answer.

Nkuna says the police found blood in the kitchen sink and the blinds were on the floor. He suspects that the deceased attempted to get the attention of passerbys.
