POLOKWANE – The march was held under the Congress of South Africa Trade Unions (COSATU) banner and saw an additional two memorandums being handed over to the Department of Labour and the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
COSATU Provincial Chairperson, Esop Mokgonyana, said the memorandums contain several demands and grievances of workers and if the demands are not met, they will march to the Office of the Premier again in three months’ time.
They gave Premier Stanley Mathabatha 14 days to respond to the demands.
