Biker critical after accident outside city
The accident happened last night near the corner of Grobler Street and Eland Avenue.
POLOKWANE – The police are investigating a case of reckless and negligent driving after a biker, Abey Kgosana, was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with a motor vehicle.
WO Lesiba Ramoshaba, a Polokwane Police Spokesperson said no arrests have been made yet and police investigations are ongoing.
The accident happened last night near the corner of Grobler Street and Eland Avenue.
It is alleged that the vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when the driver of the motor vehicle made an illegal U-turn.
Kgosana, a member of the Sapa Yopa Motorcycle Club, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is currently being treated.
His condition is critical confirms president of Sapa Yopa Motorcycle Club, Sarel Nong.
