POLOKWANE –  Being healthy is important, especially for women. According to personal trainer Liana Fourie cleansing your body is the first step to a healthy lifestyle.

With summer around the corner, choosing a refreshing and healthy drink can be a daunting task. Coffee is too hot, water is refreshing, but tasteless, and carbonated soda is not a healthy choice. “It is always nice to refreshed, re-quenched and still stay healthy,” says Liana.
She said that Kale and Beetroot juice, cucumber, lemon and cinnamon is a great antioxidant and leaves you feeling refreshed. According to her social media and the internet are loaded with healthy drink recipes. Cheap, flavourful and healthy drinks can be made in your own kitchen,” she added.
She believes that homemade is always better and fresher.
Liana has several favourite healthy drinks, but shares with readers the one drink that keep her ticking.
