LIMPOPO – Ritavi police are still on the lookout for group of suspects who allegedly torched a number of shacks and a church in an open area along the R36 Tzaneen-Lydenberg road on Saturday night.
“Around 20 fences were cut, fence poles bent and gates irreparably damaged. The estimated damage is valued at more than R50 000,” said police spokesperson Lt Col Moatse Ngoepe.
There have been no arrest so far and the motive behind this incident is still unknown.
Police investigations continue added Ngoepe.
