Manhunt launched following discovery of 2 bodies

Sebayeng Police are asking anyone with information regarding the recent murder of two woman at Makotopong village outside Polokwane to contact their nearest police station.

POLOKWANE – Their partly decomposed bodies of 88-year-old Moloko Enestinah Nkoana and her domestic worker, Maggie Molefe, were found by Nkoana granddaughter yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon when she went to visit.

According to police spokesperson Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, preliminary investigations show that Nkoana may have been strangled and that Molefe died from multiple stab wounds to her body.

The victims were last seen on 16 August. The motive of the crime is unknown at this stage but robbery has not be ruled as two cellphones are missing from the house.

The Provincial Commissioner–LT. General Nneke Ledwaba have assured the Makotopong community that no stone will be left unturned. “Highly dedicated Detectives have been assigned to the case.”

He further encouraged the community members to support to the police,” anyone with information may contact Captain Ramoomedi Sekgota at 082 565 9165 or Captain Mokwele Mokgawa at 076 873 5667 or the crime stop number 0860010111 or the nearest Police Station for twenty-four hours.

Police Investigations are still continuing concludes Ngoepe.
