“However taxis are still parked next to the road and may still pose a danger,” says spokesperson Col Ronel Otto.

POLOKWANE – The N1 North about 30km outside of Polokwane is currently blocked by taxi drivers protesting about route conflicts.
“The area of Solomondale, Botlokwa is currently blocked by taxi drivers from the Polokwane and Botlokwa Taxi Associations,” says spokesperson Col Ronel Otto.
Members of public order police (POP) are on the scene to resolve the conflict.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible or to drive with extreme caution when in the area.
